🌿 Ingredients:

For the Smoothie Base:

  • 4 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 2 cups plant-based milk or water

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • ½ cup rolled oats


Optional Toppings (use what you have):

  • Sliced bananas

  • Additional berries

  • Oats

  • Flaxseed

  • Drizzle of peanut butter


📝 Instructions:

  1. Blend the base: Add frozen berries, frozen bananas, plant-based milk, peanut butter, flaxseed, and oats to a blender.

  2. Blend until thick: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. The mixture should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.

  3. Adjust if needed: Add a splash of plant-based milk if the smoothie is too thick.

  4. Serve: Divide evenly into four bowls.

  5. Top & enjoy: Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
