Ingredients
1 pack Impossible ground beef (12 oz)
4 slices Follow Your Heart American cheese, halved
8 slider buns
4 lettuce leaves, torn to fit sliders
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegan mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp coconut aminos
Cooking oil spray or 1 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions
Season the Impossible Beef
In a bowl, mix the Impossible ground with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, liquid smoke, and coconut aminos until well combined.
Form & Cook the Sliders
Divide the seasoned mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into small patties.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil.
Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side.
Add cheese slices in the final minute and cover the pan to melt.
Toast the Buns: Optional but recommended! Toast the buns cut side down on a skillet or grill until golden brown.
Assemble Your Sliders
Spread mayo, ketchup, mustard, or BBQ sauce on the bottom buns.
