In 2018, Lunette Lott moved to the Pacific Northwest at her highest weight in life and wasn't aware until she went to connect with a primary care doctor. After her visit, she remembered feeling really sad and unhealthy. Soon after, she went to work and tried diets, counting calories and so much more. She tried all the fad diets, Keto, Atkins, intermittent fasting etc. She lost 30lbs, before COVID happened, but gained 20 lbs. back when transitioned to work from home.

Lunette declared 2023 her year to be free, no longer bound by unhealthy eating habits, irregular exercise, and lack of coping mechanisms. After trialing many episodes of Meatless Mondays, Veganuary, and Daniel Fasts, she did it. Lunette started meal planning, cooking and eating plant-based and hasn't looked back. Her endurance and stamina have improved, and she is 50lbs lighter! In 2023, Lunette was awarded the title Grandma, hence her brand's name. She is even more motivated to keep a plant-based lifestyle.
