This Pear Orange Cranberry Ginger Crumble captures the essence of the holidays in every spoonful. Juicy pears, tart cranberries, and zesty orange come together under a warm oat-almond crumble infused with cinnamon and ginger. It’s cozy, lightly spiced, and the perfect dessert to end a festive meal. This is best served warm with a scoop of vegan ice cream.

Ingredients
Fruit Filling
4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
¼ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
¼ cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot starch
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Crumble Topping
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup almond flour (or all-purpose flour)
½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
â…“ cup vegan butter or coconut oil, melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease your baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss together the pears, cranberries, orange juice, zest, sweetener, cornstarch, ginger, and spices until evenly coated. Pour into the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix oats, almond flour, sugar, spices, and salt. Drizzle in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit filling.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
